Clear Your Mind with a Weekly Deep Energy Cleanse

Clear Your Mind with a Weekly Deep Energy Cleanse

🌿 Weekly Deep Energy Cleanse (No Bath Needed)

You’ll need (gather what’s easy to find):

  • Bowl of water + pinch of salt (or a spray bottle with salt water)

  • A white 7-day candle (or a plain white pillar/tealight)

  • Herbs for cleansing: rosemary, bay leaf, sage, or hyssop (dried is fine)

  • Optional: Florida water or essential oil (lavender, lemon, rosemary)

  • Small mirror (optional, helps reflect negativity away)

🔹 Step 1: Clear Your Space (5 minutes)

  • Tidy up the area where you’ll work.

  • Light incense, sage, or bay leaves and walk the smoke around the room.

  • Say:
“I clear this space of all heaviness. Only peace and light remain.”

🔹 Step 2: Salt + Herb Cleanse (5 minutes)

  • Mix a pinch of salt + herbs (or a few drops of oil) into your water.

  • Dip your hands in, then wipe your body downward only (from head to feet).

  • Say:
“With this water, I wash away all that clings, all that is not mine.”

  • Dispose of the water outside or down the drain (not kept in the house).

🔹 Step 3: Candle Meditation (10 minutes)

  • Place your white candle on a safe surface (you can set it on a small mirror for extra clearing power).

  • Write a petition like: “All negativity is dissolved and released. My spirit is light and free.” Place it under the candle.

  • Light the candle and sit quietly, watching the flame.

  • Visualize the flame burning away dark or heavy cords from your aura, leaving you glowing in clean, golden light.

🔹 Step 4: Seal & Protect (5 minutes)

  • Sprinkle a little salt or herb around yourself in a small circle (or mist yourself with your spray bottle).

  • Place your hand over your heart, say:
“I am cleansed, I am strong, I am protected. Only love and light surround me.”

  • Snuff the candle if you don’t plan to let it burn continuously.

  • ✨ Doing this once a week helps keep energy from building up and strengthens your natural protection.
