Refund & Return Policy For Print on Demand Orders

At [Boho Luxe Detroit], every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we have a specific refund policy in place to keep things clear and fair.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at [boholuxedetroit@gmail.com] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • We’ll be happy to send you a free replacement or issue a refund.


Change of Mind, Unwanted Gifts, or Wrong Size Ordered

Since our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, duplicate gifts, or incorrect size/color choices.

✨ Store Credit Option: As a courtesy, we’re happy to provide store credit for the full purchase amount so you can select another item from our shop.

  • Store credit is issued as a digital gift card or discount code.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final sale items: 13 products can't be returned, personal items can not be returned.

 

If a refund is approved (for damaged/defective items only), it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
